Hi,

after fresh new w7 Home Premium x64 install I am getting 3B BSOD in a very specific case.

I am used to using software Audio Router to put an output for certain players to where I want. Basically, I am using Focusrite Solo for listening on headphones and then I use Audio Router to route VLC or any other player to speakers. It's easy and useful.

But now, once I am trying to route VLC to speakers, I am getting 3B BSOD.

I checked the dump file with windbg, but honestly, hell if I understand.

Only things I somewhat understand are SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION 0x3B and dump file mentions c0000005.

I also did the DM Log Collector and added it as attachment.

Would be really appreciative of your help.

P.S. The software was also working and routing the vlc output to speakers in the middle of everything. I also removed all Windows updates but one (that does not give me option to remove it).

Thank you for your suggestion. I did what you suggested, but the same problem still persists.

I might just reinstall windows tomorrow, as this is tireing and it worked before. I left my pc installing windows updates and used Iobit driver booster to update drivers. Also, I manually put on MSXLsomething parser to be able to play a game and also Net Framework 4.8 from Miscrosoft website.

Hi, not a VM.

I believe I did that right after the next restart. On startup it checked both the D drive and then restarted and checked C drive.

Today I installed a fresh new copy and the error persists anyway and does so no matter what software was routed. But I did find that using option 'Soft Routing' that is included in the Audio Router (which I previously did not use, as I found there was no need for it at that time) allows to route what I need without this error, so I will use that. And will have to be careful, as my habit is doing it automatically, but unless I will check the checkbox for Soft Routing, everything might crash my system. :D

Thank you for taking a look guys.
