Upgrade from windows 7 to 10 went smooth, except for an error on my multiple monitor Vs driver vs video processor error.
But no more windows BSOD.
I have the UPS running on the surge only right now. (Going to call the company and figure out warranty).
And processor clock is running smooth and slower speed.
I think it was a combination of the 2 BSOD issues. Power and Processor clock.
Going to mark this as solved.
