BSOD after 30-40 minutes of viewing movies/videos error 0x00000124

Hi, so i've done different kinds of method to resolve this error.
reseating cables and hardware= FAILED
fresh install of W7 and also formatting HDD= FAILED
did a Memtest and Chkdsk = hardwares are okay.

Specs of my PC:
Asrock 960GM-VGS3 FX
FX4100 3.60 GHz (Never OCed)
4GB 1333 RAM
500GB WD Blue
HD 7730 1gb/ddr5

I don't know what to do now so please help me. Here is my log..

Counterfeit installations such as yours can contain heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSODs and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable. For this reason, many analysts won't attempt it.
