Hi Roy, Thanks for your input. Yes, I believe I installed Windows using an ISO image burned to a thumb drive. I would like to mention, however, that my copies of Windows was paid for legitimately and 10 installations were given to me as a gift. Could the ISO installation be causing a problem? As for your other instructions, I'm not sure what you are requesting. You said I should uninstall the Beta software, but I'm not sure what that is...
