I have recently cleaned my computer from dust, mainly the fans of CPU, power, graphic card. Nothing too invasive, during the cleaning I only had to disconnect the CPU and graphic card fans. But after that, can't turn on my computer on in any way because of the BSOD of code: STOP: C000021a {fatal system error} and status of 0x00000000 (0xc0000001 0x00100508)

I already tried system repair, safe mode, last known good configuration, low resolution mode etc. System repair did not find any errors and concluded that "unknown change to system configuration may caused the problem".

I have previously had problems with my hard drive, it used to crash to unfixable BSOD out of nowhere (which led me to formatting the system few times in the past), but right know I see that as the last possible option.

Thank you in advance.

Hi there mate!

It does sounds like a Hard drive related issue. You could use this one Ultimate Boot CD - Overview to run the text

I've already tested over 6 different HDD diagnosis programs, all in short and extended modes (some took over 5 hrs to complete), but they found no errors and I'm still struggling to turn Windows on.

On the other hand - I tried to configurate the PC (through Parted Magic from Ultimate Boot CD) so it would create minidumps after BSOD, but even after changing the registry's part "CrashDumpEnabled" value from 2 to 1, it still doesn't create them on crash. What should I do to fix that?

/EDIT
When using Safe Mode, last driver that loads before crash is CLASSPNP.SYS

Also, I can't run sfc/scannow, because it can't be run when using System Repair pannel. Is there a way to run this test while not being able to turn on Windows?

Also, CHKDSK C: didn't find any errors.
