Solved BSOD After clicking a mediafire download link using Google Chrome

While trying to download a file from ************** using Google Chrome, I filled in the verification code on mediafire and as soon as I clicked the Verified Download button/link received a BSOD.

This is the first time this has happened and I have downloaded from mediafire before; I have AdBlock Plus installed as an extension.

Replace Panda Security with Microsoft Security Essentials.
That should fix the problem.

Thank you for your reply Laith, I will give this a try and let you know how it goes.
Now you mention it, I wonder why I even use Panda?

I tried to reproduce the error and everything is OK now
Microsoft Security Essentials is much better then Panda, I did some testing and less false positives, faster scans, less system slowdown.
