Hey guys,
I am sorry that I cannot follow the posting instructions exactly, as this is about the computer of my girlfriend, who is currently 4000 miles away from me. I tried to run her through the most stuff, but we are currently stuck. Please bear with me, if this makes it more difficult:
She has a Lenovo U310, bought recently. After installing Windows 7 Ultimate x64, all drivers and the EE Boot optimizer, everything seemed to work fine. I took off, left her alone, and two days later after an update and running the EE Boot optimizer, this BSOD:

Unfortunately, no recovery points exist, so the integrated repair options don't work. Safe boot isn't working either. the harddrive is set to ACHI, as many suggested might solve the problem as well. To make sure that the harddrive isn't broken, here the chkdsk /f:

This is the error message of the windows repair tool:

Now I have read, that the file fbfmon.sys might be the issue and needs to be deleted. So starting in X:\Windows\system32\drivers, the file could not be located. We tried to go through all other letters of the alphabet, but there was no other windows folder on any drive.
However, since the BOSD didn't provide the information that it's associated with the fbfmon.sys file, I might be off anyways, but causality makes me believe that it might be the case.
Now, after trying everything I could think of, I am sorry to get to you and ask for professional help, without the logs that I should provide.. but maybe this is obvious for one of you
