BSOD After upgrade from 2GB to 4GB RAM

Hi,

This is my first post here, i´ve found seven foruns after googling to find an answer to my problem but i´ve no clue about it.

Basic Info

ASUS F3SC-AP275C Notebook
Intel COre 2 Duo T7250
NVidia Geforce 8400M G 128MB

I`ve the latest official BIOS flashed (v209) and also have latest drivers for hardware (as far as i know).

After upgrade to 4GB of RAM, i´ve made a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate x64 with SP1 OEM a few days ago, suddenly my windows starts the BSOD and i don´t understand why. At home, after all software installed i´ve been running solidworks for about 6 hours a day since last two days, not even one BSOD, but the most weird thing is that the BSOD only happens when i connect to wireless at University, as soon as i connect it... daammm BSOD.

It never happens before...

I´ve bought this KIT from Kingston, the specs are equal, the only difference is the ammount of RAM:

before I even look at that since new ram is involved I suggest you test it with memtest86 for 5 to 7 passes, this is best done overnight as it will take some time. Unless it spits errors out right away then you know for sure it's bad.

Update

RAM test done, after almost 10 hours with Memtest86+ and all went well, no errors, so i assume that is not about RAM. Can you please take a look at dump to help me find what is causing the BSOD?

I apologize for my insistence on the matter, after Memtest86+ finished with no errors, i´ve made a new clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 x64, and the BSOD show starts again... Can someone take a look at dump files to help me solve this issue about BSOD.
