Just updated to Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit (from Vista Home 64bit) and installed all drivers for every little component but my graphics card is giving me serious problems.

At startup, it will about 60% of the time give me BSOD, and I apologize for no dump info but I can't find how to get it. The error code is a 0x00000116 and everything is telling me I need a new driver but I have the latest version and there are very few Nvidia drivers to choose from.

Here are some system specs:
Pentium Dual-Core CPU E5200 @2.50GHz 2.50GHz
Driver version: 285.62 (Latest)

The driver there is recent. I would suspect that you have a different issue not related to the display card driver. May I ask what prompted you to believe it was the graphics card causing the problem?

Ah... nevermind, I see why you might think it is graphics card related. Follow the steps in STOP 0x116: VIDEO_TDR_ERROR troubleshooting and see if you can resolve your problem.
