I'm having the same problem with a similar setup.
The motherboard is an Asus P8Z68V-Pro, CPU is the i2500k, OS Win 7 64-bit.
I formatted the harddrive and reinstalled Windows a couple of days ago but the problem still persists - PC locks up when i'm playing games and the same buzzing sounds repeats over and over until I reboot.
I've checked the Harddrive for errors and I've ran Memtest but both passed ok. I've flashed BIOS to the latest version earlier today and checked that my drivers are up-to-date - which they are - but still my PC is locking up.
I'm downloading a program to help me read my minidumps at the moment but I think this may be my graphics card (Nvidia XFX 260GTX) playing up - the driver is the latest from Nvidia's website.
I'll be able to check .dmp's in around 30mins so I'll report back with the results.
