BSOD crash when playing high end games like Total war : Attila

Hello. I was having a problem with my nvidia gtx 970 where it would BSOD when playing high end games like Total War: Attila. So I returned it to New egg for a new one. I received my new GTX 970 today and it still bsod when playing the game. Please help!

After I BSOD and restart my PC. On startup it says these two problems

Probably caused by : nvlddmkm.sys ( nvlddmkm+83ab78 )

The problem is caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again and you should be good to go! This is the guide for DDU: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/367109-display-driver-uninstaller-how-use.html

Also when my bc rebooted from the crash. Windows said this

Run Furmark. If the temps goes too high stop the test. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100356-video-card-stress-test-furmark.html
