SF Diagnostic tool

I have download SF Diagnostic tool, but its given me an error on Grab ALL, Then I clicked on each one and its given me an error on all except MGA- and cpu-z they seem to ask if i want to download those files.

I have the dump files - they create a crash log already.
061113-44616-01.dmp they are saving as that.

Hey thanks so much for taking a look at it, i have tried updating that.
I used to see it disabled, and it would cause a blue screen,
this morning it was enabled and it was still causing it.
let me see if i can check regedit, thru the website its saying to change the values. do think that would help?

It may help but be careful when changing things in the registry, because one wrong change can hose the entire operating system. If changing the keys in the registry does not work I will ask some of our software experts to have a look at the problem, they probably know more than I do about the problem in this case.

just updated from the website

just updated the software, still showing the same attached an image, but outlook seems to be popping up every 5 second, after i close it, it opens up again......after the update. i havent changed the regedit. lol after reading your post.

Alright let me see if I can get other eyes on this I am not knowledgeable enough about such things to advise you.

Do you use this Citrix software? If you've only seen the driver disabled before then I would uninstall it completely in Control Panel or in Device Manager.

If it continues to present problems check if you have a System Restore point or Backup Image before it was installed you can restore from.

Citrix can experience weird issues depending on what browser version you are using, what programs you are using with it etc. Does this happen with a specific application accessed through Citrix? Or just when trying to open the software

Sorry Ive been missing in action. I am not even sure what Citrix driver is.
I have uninstalled Sonic VPN global, and I am seeing more and more BSOD.
I am not sure what else to update or uninstall.

If you guys can assist that would be great.
If you guys want an updated mini dump I can upload it with zip.

Programs: IE 9, VUZE, and sometimes just randomly.
