BSOD every few mins

Hello, today i started getting BSOD every few minutes.
My log is here, becouse for some reason windows saved it named differently and program didnt find it :

SeaTools passed and last test finished after several hours. Not sure if it fixed something or not, wasnt watching it when it finished.
