BSOD help me

recently I had windows updates fail and cp froze on start up screen. After several hours I was able to get it to boot up but I now get the bsod at random times. System restore is not working right now and I get an error0x80071a91. Here is the zip file I hope someone can help fast I need this cp for work as I work online. Re-installing windows is the last resort that I hope I don't have to do.

Hi hbshannonw.

standard fix for that error code.

Run cmd.exe with elevated previlliges (right click on cmd.exe and choose run as Administrator) and type:

fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\

reboot

rerun the BSOD report theres a few missing

As your using it as a works computer
Install Macrium

Thanks for the fast reply Roy. I have tried fsutil resource setautoreset true c:\ already and just tried it again. I still have the same problems though. Here is a new BSOD report as you have asked for. Hope this will help.

Please do the following

• Download CrystalDiskInfo, I recommend the zip standard one.
• Extract the zip and run DiskInfo64.exe
• If there's anything not blue, make a screenshot of it and post it.
