Memory corruption probably caused by a driver. please run these two tests



1-Memtest.

*Download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using Iso Recorder or another ISO burning program.

*Boot from the CD, and leave it running for at least 5 or 6 passes.

Just remember, any time Memtest reports errors, it can be either bad RAM or a bad motherboard slot.

Test the sticks individually, and if you find a good one, test it in all slots.

2-Driver verifier

I'd suggest that you first backup your data and then make sure you've got access to another computer so you can contact us if problems arise. Then make a System Restore point (so you can restore the system using the Vista/Win7 Startup Repair feature).

In Windows 7 you can make a Startup Repair disk by going to Start....All Programs...Maintenance...Create a System Repair Disc - with Windows Vista you'll have to use your installation disk or the "Repair your computer" option at the top of the Safe Mode menu .

Then, here's the procedure:
- Go to Start and type in "verifier" (without the quotes) and press Enter
- Select "Create custom settings (for code developers)" and click "Next"
- Select "Select individual settings from a full list" and click "Next"
- Select everything EXCEPT FOR "Low Resource Simulation" and click "Next"
- Select "Select driver names from a list" and click "Next"
Then select all drivers NOT provided by Microsoft and click "Next"
- Select "Finish" on the next page.

Reboot the system and wait for it to crash to the Blue Screen. Continue to use your system normally, and if you know what causes the crash, do that repeatedly. The objective here is to get the system to crash because Driver Verifier is stressing the drivers out. If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation (an estimate on my part).

If you can't get into Windows because it crashes too soon, try it in Safe Mode.
If you can't get into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from your installation DVD to set the system back to the previous restore point that you created.

is it normal tats while Memtest86+ scanning suddenly the screen went all codes .. like repeated codes idk similar to this video but the codes doesn't flash

no, the screen all missed up with missed up codes similar to the link i posted above but with different codes all over the screen except the top tats show the version of Memtest86+.

Could be an issue with the motherboard. Does it happen every time? Have you tried testing one stick at a time?

no and i didn't try scanning again , i have 2 rams ... so i should test each one at a time? u think that's what's caused the missed up screen.

i just bought the computer 7 days ago .. and after like 2 days BSOD starts to show up while i play games specialy with the witcher 2 and after 2 or 3 BSOD the computer starts to get fuked up and BSOD appear while browsing or w.e

my computer specs:
processor: Intel Core™ i7-2600K Processor (8M Cache, 3.40 GHz)
ram:G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600
motherboard:Gigabyte Z68X-UD7-B3 dual channel ram
GPU:Sapphire AMD RADEON HD 6970 2GB

I don't know what caused the messed up screen. Could be bad memory or motherboard. Try your memory in different slots and try them individually.


Are you able to boot into Windows? If you can I'd like you to run the Prime95 Blend test for a couple hours.

You bought the computer brand new 7 days ago? If that is the case I wouldn't even try messing with it. Just take it back in for replacement

BSOD happens now in the first second u get to the windows.

yea i did but i picked the specs .. the technical guy changed the ram and let us test it there for like 1 hr and nothing happened and like 1 day after it happens again.... im Just curious to know what cause this and if i can fix it ...
