Yeah, just to point out what you already knew,

It is Comodo,

Code:
Unable to load image cmdguard.sys, Win32 error 0n2
*** WARNING: Unable to verify timestamp for cmdguard.sys
*** ERROR: Module load completed but symbols could not be loaded for cmdguard.sys
Probably caused by : cmdguard.sys ( cmdguard+8339 )

Followup: MachineOwner

Uninstall it, and see how that reacts.

Were you running verifier for the crash of Virtual CyberFox?

I would uninstall Comodo, leave verifier off and see if it crashes again.

Sorry, what I meant was did you turn verifier on because of the Cyberfox crash?

I was wondering why you turned it on in the first place, usually it's done to find a driver after a crash.

Either way, my suggestion above still stands, uninstall Comodo and see if stays stable without verifier on.
