BitDefender is causing the crashes here.

Uninstall BitDefender. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.
Download, install and update those, and then run full system scans with both of them, one by one.

Download and install this version of Intel RST. It is old, and failing.
Code:
8c422000 8c6cd000   iaStor     (deferred)
    Image path: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\iaStor.sys

    Translations:     0000.04b0 0000.04e4 0409.04b0 0409.04e4
Pay attention to the BIOS.
Code:
FirmwareMajorRelease = 1
FirmwareMinorRelease = 4
BiosVendor = Dell Inc.
BiosVersion = A14
[COLOR=Red]BiosReleaseDate = 12/07/2009[/COLOR]
It is old enough, try to update it from Dell.

Let us know the results.
