BSOD, Mini Dump Attached. Help?

Okay, so today after getting home from school ( computer was off for about 12-13 hours ) turned it on, went to the Welcome screen and was loading and it suddenly restarted. Then after the restart windows booted up got to my desktop and it BSOD this time an error I've never encountered before. Sigh, how I hate cold boots.

Could it be my power supply not giving enough juice? Or is it just my ram isnt compatible with my Mobo? Maybe just another pair of faulty ram? Next time I cold boot I am going to run Memtest86+ before I load windows and see how that goes. Do you think that's a good idea?

Hi yes they are stilll present but my event viewer is showing some registry corruption.
I believe I have a failing hard drive, I get no more bsod but yet random restarts. On cold boots random reboots within 1 to 2 hours. I even get a reboot when I try to boot into safe mode. I ran memtest for 7 hours with no errors or reboot. So that gives me a huge clue.

Also since I can't boot up currently I remember my speed
Stock is 1600mhz 9-9-9-24 31 @ 1.8v
Cpuz says 800mhz at 9-9-9-24 31 @ 1.812-1.836v at 2T
I remmeber I put my bios setting at ddr-1600 I don't know why it says 800mhz on cpuz.

my computer is now having constant freezing problems. this is starting to frustrate me as there's so many problems now. so many errors in the event log such as service failed to start and so on. here's the minidump. i dont have time to get into details right now ill get back to you guys.

plus my mainboard temp is higher than my cpu temp.. is this bad? it's idling at 47-55C while my cpu is idling at 32-40C

is this a hardware failure or driver?!

Hi there!

I'm not using my own computer rightnow so it's hard to diagnostic the dmp in detail. But the stop code look like driver issue or system file corrupted.
Please run a system file check and let us know the result. Also, I want to ask where did u get the window7 from?
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html
If the scan come back with the result of unable to fix, the best option is to repair install.

Please enable driver verifier:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Follow ickymay advise above, personally, I doubt this can be hardware (mainboard in particular).

Thanks for the help guys. I found out the problem and my machine is faster than ever booting up and loading now. It was my power supply that was crapping out on me. I had an exact same model I bought about 1 1/2 years ago and I compared the two and the newer one I had was so crappy, they changed the quality over the years. It was lighter and the wires felt cheap, no wonder it went from 60 to 29.99 :[ oh well thanks though guys.
