Dear Community Members,

I have been facing the BSOD on the POS machine in my shop since over a month now. Formatting would be an unbelievably big hassle.

I reviewed the Minidump folder in BlueScreenViewer. Being from a non techie background, I could understand very little but it seems that files mentioned in a title are involved multiple times. I am uploading the report from BlueScreenViewer here along with other necessary files.

I reached out to Lenovo and after running a diagnostic utility designed by them, it was hardly any surprise that they concluded that it is not a hardware error.

I have uploaded the DM Log collector report as well as the report generated by Lenovo's diagnostic utility and other relevant filed in this OneDrive folder. (Edit: I have also uploaded them here.)

Any help would be highly appreciated.
