Solved BSOD ntoskrnl.exe while playing TERA, LEague of Legends, GTA V etc.

I have been having this problem since i updated a bunch of drivers through driver identifier but at the same time i'm getting a graphics driver crash randomly with last nvidia drivers and older ones. Sometimes i get a black screen for about 3 second then the computer just restarts or just plain old blue screen.

The problem is caused by your graphics driver. Run Display Driver Uninstaller(DDU)
Make sure you tick the Uninstall C:/AMD and C:/NIVIDA folders while you are in DDU when you are done running DDU install your graphics driver again and you should be good to go! This is the guide for DDU: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/367109-display-driver-uninstaller-how-use.html

Nope. opened tera for a bit and i got the same bsod

Probably caused by : iusb3xhc.sys ( iusb3xhc+8eb81 )

This time it is blaming the Intel USB eXtensible Host Controller. Update it.

Just got back from work and still no BSOD so far but my screen went black while playing GTA V and all the LEDs including the camera(cause i was on skype with a friend) were on but i couldn't wait so i restarted the pc and didn't get any minidumps . I'm using a surround display by the way. I have 3 monitors and i suspect one of them may be causing this issue so i completely unplugged it off the graphics card and see if it helps.

I'm back from work. I left GTA V running since this morning at 5am and it's 6:35pm right now and no crashes so far. Still not 100% sure because i'm not playing the game but i think my guess was right. I still need further tinkering here and there but so far so good

Yes, i think the culprit is the hdmi plug on the monitor because i switched the chords around and used the dvi port instead and i never had crashes anymore so far. But i just wanna know if the ntoskrnl.exe bsod can be possibly caused by faulty vga connectors.

Update:
Nevermind. after 2 days of no BSOD the same error popped up again but this time no dump files

I'm using only 1 monitor now. It has been 2 days actually and i bought the witcher 3 yesterday and today while playing it with ultra settings and all the game froze 15 mins in with the audio gone as well, i tried ctrl+alt+delete, alt+tab and alt+f4 and none of them worked so i ended up hard restarting it. I don't really know what's the problem now cause i've been running in circles

I'm thinking of sending it back to the store for them to do tests on it. I don't really have time on the weekdays to test everything. Because i'm actually thinking of sending my whole pc instead.

I reinstalled win 7 last night and some games. Should i install all the things windows update is asking me to install?

Yessir i will. I'll be playing gta v and witcher 3 and see if it happens again

Okay, and install the latest updates from windows updates yea.

Okay i reinstalled windows 7 and installed all the windows updates. It has been 3 days since i did that and so far no BSOD's anymore while playing games or streaming.
