BSOD on opening AutoCAD everytime BCCode: 50 BCP1: FFFFF880E51F9110

Hi All,

Everytime I open AutoCAD program my computer crashes with the result of blue screen. This the message I get, I do have all dump files along with system health report attached to post or @ this link in zip format Index of /testing/autocad dump files . Hoping that somebody can look at it and point me in the right direction...Thanks a lot, Dali

yes i did follow instructions, all the files are uploaded to a testing folder on our website, see link in the original post...thanks

I missed that. We still would prefer the files be uploaded here and not in a place where each file has to be downloaded individually. We help many people, and the 10 minutes it would take to download each file takes away time we could be helping someone else.

Please install all Windows Updates. I note that you do not have Service Pack 1 installed yet:

Your crashes implicate AVG as the cause. Your installation of the software may be corrupted or out of date. Use the AVG Remover to remove the software. Download a fresh copy of the 2012 version of AVG. Install the fresh copy of AVG.

It is also possible conflicts exist with AVG due to Service Pack 1 not being installed. See if the system is stable after installing Service Pack 1.

If that does not provide stability, again use the AVG Remover to remove the software. Replace with Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows to test.
