Ah, forgot you had an HP. That limits things a bit. Timings look good, so it probably is not that causing the problems. Can't change BIOS settings for the voltages. That leaves you with replacing the RAM if it is the problem, or finding other culprits.

Have you ever physically touched the RAM? Minor static damage is typically the cause of RAM failure that does not show itself until some time has passed. Further reading: Avoid Static Damage to Your PC

I did physically touched the RAM. Maybe few times as well. I used to open the case of my computer every 3 months orso to clear the dust etc. I think I removed the RAM once and replaced them back

Don't feel too bad. It's possible you did not damage it and it is something else. And even if you did damage it, no one on here would think any less of you for doing so. Most people do not know how easy it is to damage PC components. I did not know until a few years ago when I was working with electronics experts and they taught me. We've all been there, and we learn from the experiences.

Yeah. I got another important question. How much is my current situation damaging my SSD, where the windows files are located and being used to boot up?

Other than causing corruption of the data, there should be no long term damage beyond the normal use of the drive for booting Windows. I would actually be more worried about an HDD with the mechanical start and stop due to crashes more so than the SSD. You will want to run disk checks on the drive after a few hard shut downs to fix file system errors.
