BSOD page fault 0x50 - can't start in ANY mode

My BSOD is the Page fault in nonpaged area, 0x50. I've read through these forums and found lots of info to try but the problem is that I can't get it to start in any safe mode. I've made no recent changes to the system and all I did was turn it off for the night. The next morning, BSOD. What I have tried so far is to swap my ram around trying to see if I could find one that is bad but I get the same results. Here are my specs:

Asus p8z68-v pro
4-8gb Corsair Vengeance ram
Samsung SSD 840 EVO 250gb for start up disk
Several other discs for storage
Asus gtx 650ti video card

How can I at least get it started in some safe mode to do diagnostics?

Thank you Jamie but as I mentioned in my thread, I can't even get into my system to be able to download or provide any type of files that the guidelines suggest.

Update:
I ran memtest on each module and all came back negative. I ran the windows 7 repair disk and that stated nothing needed to be fixed. I ran chkdsk through the commend prompt on the windows 7 disk and that came back ok. I disconnected the SSD drive that windows was loaded on and installed windows on another SSD that I have and all went fine so I think I have eliminated any mb or memory issues. I would rather get the original windows install repaired since I have a lot of other programs running off of that disc. I still can't get the original windows install to start up in any mode. If someone could tell me how to pull a dump file from it, I would gladly post it hear.

It sounds to me like your SSD took a dump. Unfortunately, Samsung offers no bootable ISO similar to WD or Seagate in order to enable you to test your SSD. I'd be contacting Samsung for an RMA.

Problem Solved

I solved the problem over the weekend. Since I don't consider myself to be too computer savy, I will share what I did in case someone else has a similar issue that can't find a resolution.

1) I was able to run Memtest86 from a cd to test my memory. It ran throughout the night on all four sticks and then I tested each one individually. Tests came back negative.
2) I then thought it was my SSD that had gone bad. I then disconnected all data drives and installed a second SSD that I had on hand and did a clean install of Windows 7 on it. After the install, I connected the original SSD as a second drive just to see if it still worked. It did work and I could see and open all of my folders on that original drive. This led me to believe that the drive was fine and it was a software issue.
3) When I inserted the original Windows 7 installation disk, I had the option to re-image the original drive. I remembered that I did a back up image onto an external drive 2 months prior. Once I re-imaged the drive from the back up, all worked fine.
4) Since I keep all of my data on a separate drive from the OS drive, I only lost two programs that I had installed since my last backup of the OS drive. All data drives are backed up to a server every night so I wasn't too worried about that.
5) Point to make, back up not only my data drives but also create an image of the OS drive more frequently than two months!

You mean that all you had to do was (forcibly) write a disk image to the supposedly dead drive and it worked properly?!

Jeez.. shows what I know. Glad to hear you got it working, and glad that I was wrong.

I'm glad you were wrong too

BUT... I'm not out of the woods yet. I rebooted it several times on Sunday to make sure everything worked fine and it did. Come Monday afternoon, I shut it down and put the box back together and things went South again. I was able to log on but received the error message "There was a problem starting c:\windows\system32\NVSPCAP64.dll" My desktop looked different and when I rebooted again, I could log on but it would immediately log me back off again. I tried to run repair from the Win 7 install CD and nothing would fix it. That error message got me thinking that there is an issue with the Nvidia software. My original post about the page fault 0x50 could be caused by a bad driver, so I've read.
So I re-imaged the drive again last night and will try to remove the Nvidia software and just use the integrated video from the MB to see if this is the cause of my issues.

What are your thoughts? Am I going about this the right way?

I'd uninstall the Nvidia driver and see what happens with the board's integrated graphics if I were in your shoes.
If everything is fine, then I'd try and reinstall the video card and the Nvidia software again.
If there are problems again, then Windows either doesn't like the software or the video card.
