BSOD playing any game, sometimes just while using Facebook.

This has been happening for years but I finally got sick and tired of crashing and having to reboot constantly, most recently while playing BioShock however it happens in EVERY game I play and even while using Excel and just Facebook the other night. It's usually a Black screen (vertical lines) but this morning was a white screen with stuck sound. Ctrl+Alt+Del does nothing. You have to hold power to turn off. I've removed/replaced/updated everything, which used to get me a few clear days before it'd happen again but that doesn't even seem to be working anymore.

I'm not sure how to read the files, but I have attached the rar (don't see compress to zip option).

This could indicate a problem with either your GPU or with the PCI slot that your GPU is inserted into please run the following and post the graphs that it puts out (assuming it does not cause a crash):

Hi there, the attached file doesnt contain any bluescreen dumps. Try to re-run the SF Diagnostics tool and wait till the tool completes the scan and saves all the files on the desktop.

Meanwhile, uninstall Trend Micro internet security using the removal tool

Replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows Update and run a Full Scan.

I tried the OCCT and yup, it crashed.
Back to the store to get it exchanged under warranty.

I figured it was probably a hardware problem, I too would follow the advice Dinesh gave, trend micro is another well known causer of BSODs, as well as other possible problems.
