BSOD playing Call of duty: Modern Warfare & Modern Warfare 2

Hello guys, i got a BSOD, got it many times in a row, i think it's my ATI drivers, but i'm not sure, could you check it and tell me how to fix?

It's just restarting after a while of playing, after that it's turning on telling me that windows recovered from an unexpected shutdown, after it dumped all of the memory i can't turn it on for like 10 minutes, if i try to turn it on then it imediately turns off again. After waiting ~10 minutes it can be turned on again.

My Specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Intel Pentium Processor T4400(2.2 GHz, 800 MHz FSB)
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650
4GB RAM

It's a laptop, Acer Aspire 5738ZG to be exact.

SP1 isn't installed, please do the following:

Installing Windows 7 Service Pack 1
1. Visit the PC manufacturer's website and update ALL drivers. DO NOT use Windows Update or the "Update drivers" function of Device Manager.
2. Check Device Manager for any unknown/disabled devices - if there are unknown/disabled devices, fix them with the latest drivers from the device manufacturer's website (not the PC Manufacturer)
3. Visit Windows Update and get all updates
4. Visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (usually under Important Updates). Read these notes for installing SP1: Steps to follow before you install Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 from the Microsoft Download Center
5. Visit Windows Update and get any other available updates

Older versions of Samsung KIES are known to cause BSOD's. Please ensure that you update this to the latest available version from the Samsung website

Daemon Tools (and Alcohol % software) are known to cause BSOD's on Win7 systems due to the sptd.sys driver.

Uninstalled Daemon tools and installed service pack 1.

A new problem occured, i was playing modern warfare again and after like 20 min of gameplay my pc suddenly turned off(like i had a bluescreen), except that this time when i turned it back on there was no bluescreen, it got straight away to the login screen.

Can you help me?

I have a laptop, should i still open the case?

No, don't open the case!
Laptops are finicky and you can damage things just by opening it improperly.

1 - use canned air to blow out all the vents. DON'T use a vacuum or air compressor as they can damage components.
2 - check to make sure the fan is working
3 - only use the laptop on a hard surface. Preferably, get a laptop cooling pad that blows cooler air over it.

If this doesn't stop it, then you'll have to take it to a shop for service.
