BSOD Playing games videos or a mix of both (LOL, Hearthstone netflix)

Hello Ive been Getting a Bsod, as of right now i have a less then 24 hour old install of Win 7 32 up to date. I also have the current versions of my hardware drivers. I and not running any antivirus/malware protection (just don't wanna download/install if i have to reformat etc).

I had been getting bsod for a bit seemed to be a cpu heating issue applied new thermal paste been working great for little over a month now.

This pc os has been vista for ever, now ive installed win 7 32bit and the bsod occur while playing games like LOL or Hearthstone Diablo 3. I like to play games while having netflix or youtube up and it seems as if it bsod quicker if i do but, now that could be in my head because sometimes while just playing a game it bsod realy quick.

From looking at the dump file its linking it to MODULE_NAME: amdk8 IMAGE_NAME: amdk8.sys
But im not sure any help would be awsome, if any more info need please ask.

CPU amd atholon 64x2 6400+
Vid Radeon hd 5700
