The installation is counterfeit.
The Key and SLIC table are from an HP - the machine is a Lenovo, so an Activation Exploit has been used to bypass activation and validation requirements.
You need to reformat and reinstall using genuine media.

You need to reformat and install to ensure that you get rid of anything the Activation Exploit brought with it, and to change the edition to the proper licensed Home Premium.

You can either use the proper manufacturer's Recovery media (order a set from them) or the Retail SP1 Home Premium refresh disk from the links on this page...
