Hi recently i bought a new PC from HP...
Since I bought it, the pc just reboots when a high graphic app is running. Also i get a BSOD message radomly even when i'm running low detail graphic apps. I expect that someone here can please help me with this problem. I've explored somethings and I think the problem is related to ntoskrnl.exe, just analizing most of the dump files. Of course, I am a newbie and I just know the basics of these things.
I attached all the information i got form my pc. I'm also new in this forum so if somethings is missing for you to know about the issue, please tell me.

Greetings

Hello,

If I had to take a guess, I would guess that the hard drive is the problem. Try running SeaTools on it.

One dump blames Norton, so remove it according to these directions:

Norton Product Support | Installation and Uninstall

Also remove Avira, with this tool: http://dlpro.antivir.com/package/removaltool/win32/en/removaltool-win32-en.exe

Install Microsoft Security Essentials instead.

Finally, enable driver verifier: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

BSOD again...

Hi...
Thanks for your quick help...
I did everything you posted but i'm still getting a BSOD. I think this time is different. I've attached the new 2 dump files displayed by the pc. By the way i also run the seatools scan and everything looked well, i mean i did multiple tests and all were passed by the hard drive.
Also i'm attaching the same information i attached in the original post but now with those things you've described above done. I hope you can help me again.
Thanks a lot.
Greetings

Do you have any USB devices, like external hard drives, attached? If so remove them.

Your wireless network drivers are old; try installing these: RALINK SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
