Hi mate,

Cheers for the tips we did everything last night and when we restarted the computer everything was working fine, but when we turned on the computer this morning we had chrome and skype were corrupted, windows asked us to do a CHKSDK check so we did, we also disabled the DV settings for the moment. Is there anything we should do now?

Thank you.

Bruno.

Let us know the present situation. Are Skype and Chrome still corrupt? Did disk check found anything? Is it crashing anymore?

Depending on the situation, we will decide our next step.

But, as both the networking programs did not work with DV enabled, it lead me to search for your network drivers, and I found it:

Your crash dumps are not showing any finite probable cause. In such a situation, it is better to enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.

It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

   Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

AND, Driver Verifier will cause BSOD. It is employed to create BSODs. It is not only normal, but also expected.

May not for at a stage, but use the computer for at least 24 hours with DV enabled. However, if it is to crash, it will not take that long.
