Now before we can help we do need to know what is in your machine so please do this System Info - See Your System Specs
or either enter the specs of your system in your forum profile the specs will appear when we click on that little box bottom left of the post screen it is for me the preferable option as it is easy. As you may appreciate it is very hard when you don’t know what one is working with for example a diesel or petrol engine.
As a matter of interest the SFC is often best run for three runs and I would also run this
Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2 (if you are going to use the /r switch there is no need for the /f switch)
Run these in safe mode and the sfc often best run for two to three runs – you can leave out the /r switch in ckdsk if you feel it not necessary

Yesterday I couldn't access sofe mode anymore, and someone told me it would be better to do i full reinstall of Windows 7. I did so yesterday evenening and didn't have the time to post this on this thread.
I succesfully installed windows 7 but i'm having troubles with installing my graphics driver. Everytime i try to install I can't restart my PC and I have to go back to the system restore point before installing the driver. I went to the manufacturers site and tried the updated driver, but this doesn't work either.
Should i start a new thread about this? I will post my system specs later this day as soon as i have some time.

I updated the system specs using the app on this forum(nice!). However my graphic card is not shown as it should, as I am unable to install it's driver. I have the onboard Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 and my ATI graphic card HD7970, the last one is where i'm having troubles with.

Ok now just what do you mean the card is not being shown as it should be?? Now I am going to guess that it might need reseating and the power cables if any are disconnected and then hooked up again to make sure there is good contacts made.
The drive is this APU I would use the top download to install the driver.
If the driver is still not installing it might be worth running these just to check there has not been any issues when installling. SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker Disk Check < if necessary include the /f and /r in the command line as per Option2 (if you are going to use the /r switch there is no need for the /f switch)

Just as a by the by when you installed the OS what media did you use and did you do anything with the hard drive to make sure it was really clean. As a rule I always clean the disk with DISKPART or the wipe function in Partition Wizard. That way I know there is no remnants of the previous install on the drive. This may seem a tad pedantic but I have had things go pear shaped in the past and doing another install is a tedious and avoidable process.

I mean that the HD7970 is shown as Standard-VGA graphic adapter in device manager because the driver is not installed.
I never took out the graphic card, so the contacts should be good. However i'll check it to make sure (after i tried the suggested driver).
I did not do anything with the disk to make sure it was clean, i just deleted the partitions on my SSD to remove windows 7. If this driver doesn't work i'll try your suggestion.
I will give an update tomorrow, thank you for taking your time to help me.

Ok got that and yes for me personally just deleting partitions is really not anything like a clean or wipe because I am guessing here that the data in those partitions would just be overwritten and in that scenario could possibly corrupt the install.
To be honest I am also not a fan of just installing letting Windows format the drive as it installs the OS only because I am tad pedantic about how I go about these things - I have from experience in the past regretted not cleaning the drive first. Yes it takes a little longer to do but it does mean you start with what is virtually a new drive, and I think it is worth the time and trouble to clean the disk as it saves time in the long run.
