BSOD, Secondary processor failure under pressure?

So, started having problems a few days back.. my computer started to randomly restart.
unchecked "auto restart" and instead started to get BSOD's.
Got no idea how to solve this, need some help.

Need more info than whats in the rar below, just let me know..
might need some explainations how to grab the info aswell..

Edit: always gettin the BSOD while playing High end games, and during Prime95 test.
Nothin during Furmark or memtest.

I have looked at your 2 dump files and the last one gave no information other than an 0X124, or a generic hardware error. That error means nothing other than there was a hardware error somewhere, but gives no indication of what. The first dump file lists the following:

To begin with I would like you to reinstall you graphics driver using the following method. It will give you the cleanest install we can have.

Try that and see if it improves your problem and let me know.. If you have another BSOD please submit the http://www.sevenforums.com/bsod-help-support/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html again. Please use option #2 and press the 'Grab All' Button and give it some time to gather all of the information, then upload the Zip file in a new post here.

Thanks for your reply.
I actually uninstalled the grafic drivers yesterday, and reinstalled the new one. no change at all.

But i think i've solved the problem.
I had Hyperthreading running.
disabled it and ran Prime for about 2 hours, without any error or warnings.
before i got the BSOD in just 5-10 min while running it.

Ima let it run over night and if i get a BSOD again i'll come back with hopefully more info to you.

dont really feel the need of overclocking.

What are your CPU temps and what make and model of PSU and CPU cooler do you have? You should be having no problem with hyperthreading. I don't know your prices there, but here we paid about $100 for hypertreading. Turning it off is the same as buying a i5-2500K. Please tell me your temps and about your PSU.

PSU: Corsair TX650
CPU cooling: Coolermaster liquidcooler 120M

Temps: without any load 32-34 degree's (Celcius) and During prime95 56-61 degree's

The CPU is a i7 2600k.

OK, your temps are fine and the PSU is good too. There really is no reason you need to turn hyperthreading off. doing that will lower your CPU temps about 10C and lower your Vcore some, but it should run fine at stock. Have you changed anything in BIOS? Some settings will affect the Vcore, but I would doubt you changed any of those.

What is your vcore in BIOS set to? Manual or offset? is it set to auto?

Its set on Auto, as default.
All i've done in BIOS is turn the HT off.
And so far it solved the BSOD problem.
As i told you yesterday, i let Prime95 run all night, without any crashes or errors. (since i turned the HT off)

If you are happy with that, then OK. But it isn't right. It sounds like you have a corrupted bios, bad motherboard or bad CPU. With everything set to auto, there is no reason it shouldn't run at stock settings. Have you done any hardware or software changes just before this started?
