BSOD (sometimes) after closing Mozilla Firefox BCC Code 50

Hello there.
I'm having some problems lately.
Mostly about BSOD, is when i close Firefox after a long "push-up" on the system, like having multiple game clients open from a game, and playing League of Legends at same time.
It occurs mostly while or after closing firefox.
The most recent happened after closing firefox, then 3-4 minutes of chat on skype saying good night and finally pressing the shutdown buttom and bang... it happened.
I'm not sure what is causing this, but i also have another thing to point out, which is, that alot of games just close sudenly (not too often but often enough to piss me off :\ ) and go back to desktop or open a game-crash report. These crashes happen while playing League of Legends, Final Fantasy XIV ARR, etc, but when they do, i normally dont get a BSOD, it just crashes and i can play right again after logging on.
On League of Legends its not that frequent, but on Final Fantasy XIV, it indeed is kinda frequent.

Anyways, i'm here mostly to ask for help to figure what's causing the bluescreen and hoping the solution (if we can find one, hopefully :/ ) will also fix all these problems about game crashes.

Also, sometimes when firefox closes and it gives a BSOD, it closes all my tabs and its impossible to re-open them again and it gets me really sad, because sometimes i just leave the tabs open to watch something later or read and i lose it :(

Please uninstall the software above, it is a known cause to BSOD's.

Use Revo Uninstaller to uninstall stubborn software. Opt for Advance Mode while uninstalling which allows you to remove leftover registry:-
Sometimes drivers remain, not completely uninstalled. Follow this tutorial for complete removal of drivers of the particular program: How to Clean Left Over Driver Files with Driver Sweeper
Perform a Clean boot:
Reduce items at start-up. No software except anti-virus is required plus doing this improves the time for logging into windows:
Run the System File Checker that scans the of all protected Windows 7 system files and replaces incorrect corrupted, changed/modified, or damaged versions with the correct versions if possible:
  • Click on the :orb:
  • Type CMD on Search
  • Left click and Run as Administrator
  • Type SFC /scannow

Make scans with the following:

Kaspersky TDSSKiller
ESET online scanner:
Install all updates including Service Pack One:
Run Disk Check on your Hard Drive for file system errors and bad sectors on it:


If the above steps do not help, continue with these:

Upload a screenshot of your hard disk using Crystal Disk Info:
Make a hard drive test from the hard drive manufacturers website:
Test your Hard Drive with SeaTools:
Take memtest. Run for 8 passes and test each stick in a know good slot for an additional 6 passes.
The goal is to test all the RAM sticks and all the motherboard slots.

Check your motherboard manual to ensure the RAM sticks are in the recommended motherboard slots. Some motherboards have very specific slots required for the number of RAM sticks installed.

If you get errors, stop the test and continue with the next step.

1. Remove all but one stick of RAM from your computer (this will be RAM stick #1), and run Memtest86 again, for 7 passes.
*Be sure to note the RAM stick, use a piece of tape with a number, and note the motherboard slot.
If this stick passes the test then go to step #3.

2. If RAM stick #1 has errors, repeat the test with RAM stick #2 in the same motherboard slot.
*If RAM stick #2 passes, this indicates that RAM stick #1 may be bad. If you want to be absolutely sure, re-test RAM stick #1 in another known good slot.
*If RAM stick #2 has errors, this indicates another possible bad RAM stick, a possible motherboard slot failure or inadequate settings.
3. Test the next stick of RAM (stick #2) in the next motherboard slot.
*If this RAM stick has errors repeat step #2 using a known good stick if possible, or another stick.
*If this RAM stick has no errors and both sticks failed in slot#1, test RAM stick #1 in this slot.
4. If you find a stick that passes the test, test it in all the other motherboard slots.

If Part 2 testing shows errors, and all tests in Part 3 show errors, you will need to test the RAM sticks in another computer and/or test other RAM in your computer to identify the problem.

In this way, you can identify whether it is a bad stick of RAM, a bad motherboard, or incompatibility between the sticks.

The first steps you mentioned, i did almost all of them like 2-3 days ago, like, i uninstalled AICharger+ once i read bad comments about it on people experiencing the same situation as me. About the Revo Uninstaller, I uninstalled all i could, but used it to uninstall Curse Client since its now useless to me. About the Display Drivers, i did a clean installation yesterday of the Nvidia drivers, is there any way ti can be the video drivers fault? A clean boot i tryed out afew weeks ago, but I had to set some services back up and some programs on start-up because they stoped working. The SFC /scannow I did it 2 days ago, along with the HDD errors check on start up. I'll do the Kaspersky test right after posting this. About the updates on windows, I have another Windows 7 Installed on my disk (I have 2 partitions), which is where i play Final Fantasy XIV, All the windows updates are done, There is almost nothing but Final Fantasy XIV installed there either and i get Bluescreens/APPCRASH errors too.

I'll follow up the Kaspersky scan with the tests you said below and i'd like to say thanks again and i'll keep you posted about how it ended up and if i still get BSOD or errors of any kind.

But just one more question out of curiosity... What do you think its causing all the APPCRASH and games crashing into Desktop and giving no errors? It gets on my nerves when it happens :\
