Bsod stop 0x00000116

So I followed some existing help with this error and nothing has fixed . so I factory reset my computer ...after doing this I cannot even access safe mode ....could my GPU be fried? Or is there something else I can do to not get bsod..I also took my GPU out cleaned it and placed everything back in still nothing besides blue ��...

0x116 bugchecks are video tdr faults. They can be caused by drivers but most of the time they are caused by faulty graphics cards. Do you have another graphics card you can test in your PC? If not do you have another PC you can test your current graphics card in?
