BSOD Stop Code 3B, Randomly.

So im getting this stop code Constantly. It will happen if I'm playing games, Browsing you tube or even if I'm turning off my computer it will just Blue screen. Its getting ridiculous. Bought new RAM as i thought it was the issue but i'm still getting the screens.

I've attached my DM Log if that helps. Please help me fix this issue as a windows reinstall cannot be done.

Install Service pack 1 and all other windows updates. Otherwise the system will remain vulnerable to threats including stop 0x3B BSOD.
