BSOD system revival after 3 weeks of not booting up

Hi all. I am afraid I am back. My system was running fine until it had its only BSOD in July. Since then, it would not boot up. The last time this machine booted up was roughly 3 weeks ago. I have attached the file in the thread. Hope I get an indication where to fix. This is the last time I am trying to fix this machine. I just came back from window shopping at the PC mall with all the specs and tried my luck to see if it would boot. Apparently, it's playing games with me. Taunting me for the last time.

Probably caused by : ntkrnlmp.exe ( nt!KeQueryValuesProcess+a0 )

Run sfc /scannow and chkdsk /r.
Install the latest updates from Windows Update.

Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r.

Thanks! I did the chkdsk /r hours ago. It seems alot of stuff happened and it was trying to recover some items. It did take 1.5 hours to complete.

Not too sure about sfc /scannow command as you just mentioned the line below:-
"Do the exact same steps for chkdsk /r but instead of typing in sfc /scannow type chkdsk /r."

So should I do sfc /scannow in cmd line or chkdsk /r again?

Received this error message when I ran sfc /scannow twice.

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.

Have you installed the latest updates from Windows Update?

Hi there. Yes I have updated Windows. Even did this step.

If not, then download and run the 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) System Update Readiness Tool for your same installed 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 7, restart the PC afterwards, and try the sfc /scannow command again.

Hmm, can you re-install Windows?

I cant. Mine is an upgrade from WinXP. I do not have the WinXP disk anymore. I guess that's all I can do for this setup. Thanks Laith.
