BSOD transfering files to RAID5 array

I have long since been using the same processor, RAM, power supply, and SSD(OS), however I have recently upgraded the mother board so I could build a RAID5 array for local storage. I spoke with Gigabyte (motherboard mfr.) and they advised the below in order to get the OS on the SSD and RAID5 to function properly.

1. In BIOS set SATA ports 0-3 in RAID (not ACHI) for OS & RAID5 and ports 4-5 in IDE for DVD & 1TB HD
2. Setup RAID 5
3. Boot into Windows 7 x64 DVD, had to load RAID drivers manually from motherboard CD
4. Install Windows 7 x64
5. Finalize formatting of RAID5 array

All of this works, however when I try to transfer a large amount of data to the RAID via the 1TB HD or download, it gives the BSOD. I've tried running “sfc /scannow” as Administrator in CMD prompt, but no change. I have attached the file requested per BSOD instructions. Thank you for any and all help. Our second child just arrived (1.5 weeks ago) and this is the last stress we need.

Hi Daddyduty,

You appear to be running a non genuine system.
Custom built computer with an OEM product key, (Dell in this case.)

As this forum does not support piracy, no further help can be provided until a genuine product is in use

Torchwood,

Yes, the install DVD is from Dell. I can appreciate your stand against piracy, however I have had to install the OS multiple times to get this far and haven't bothered activating until this issue gets resolved. Is there some other way I should be proceeding?

Once you changed the motherboard your COA Key from your old system will not work.
The OEM key from your old system will only work on the first system it was activated on. In your case it was a Dell.
