BSOD when burning DVD's using ConvertXtoDVD

Hi all, every time when I'm burning a DVD using ConvertXtoDVD, I get a BSOD. However, when I burn a .iso using a different program, everything works perfectly. The DVDs are playable after the crash. I have uninstalled and reinstalled versions of the software from VSO's homepage but I still get the same result.

I've only been a PC user for a short time (Mac user since 03'), so I'm not exactly sure what to do. Thanks in advance!
