BSOD when closing a game/tabbing out checking internet

So i recently started to get BSOD when closeing down games or while tabbed out from a game checking the internet. It happens like once a day randomly.

Guess ive gotten a really bad windows version.. so this is most likely the problem behind the BSOD's?

You should always keep your installation up to date with the latest hotfixes, it generally solves quite a lot of stability issues and most importantly known crashes. Because right now your current Windows 7 setup is horribly outdated with only 41 pre-SP1 updates installed.

You should also acquire a genuine retail key for your installation. Software piracy isn't allowed here.

That is the number uno thing on my list, the guy i bought the computer from didint mention windows being a pirate version.
