BSOD when computer starts from all 4 cores! / 0x0000000a, 0x00000124

Hey i have a serius problem with my cpu... (i think it's the cpu) anyway i got this hardcore BSOD that i cant break.

I have uploaded this infomation to you so you maybe can help me out here.

The problem is that i get BSOD when i set my cpu to work from all 4 cores, but when i only start from 2 cores it's working just fine. I have runned cpu test at the 2 cores and it's no problem at all. But i cant use my all 4 cores. This things have i cheact:

- No overclock (was it before but no any more)
- No overheatings problem, it only is about 35C the top temp is 40C
- No cabels are disconnected at all!
- No updates on my hardware at all (have been updating all)
- No ssd problems, have been disconnected and try to install windows 7 but the same error
- Have uninstalled Norton antivirus but no change

My Windows 7 . . . - x64 64 bit system
- an OEM version of windows 7 home premium - Installed it my shelf (i did build this computer at my own)
- My system is only 4 weeks old, the problem did come 3 weeks after, one randome day!

As stated above the problem is the CPU, its not software related.
Updating your BIOS might help.

i have been trying to update, and i now have the latest update. But i dont get any changes on the BSOD
