Thanks for the suggestion koolkat77
here is what I did and the results:
I installed Windows XP SP3 with all drivers , but the PC crashed anyway!!
Then I installed Windows XP SP2 ( i need it becouse my External sound card doesn't have windows 7 drivers),
i tweaked it using these settings
Black Viper’s Windows XP x86 (32-bit) Service Pack 2 Service Configurations | Black Viper | www.blackviper.com
and I also created Hardware profile that looks like thisView attachment 236722
The Pc is now running very fast and it doesn't crash any more.
I will try to do this settings with Windows 7
but I don't know how to do Hardware profile in Windows 7
