Based on the logs i can see that the system shutdown at high temp as shown by ACPI
Thats 379K or 105.85 deg C.. thats way hot !!.
Are you overclocking ??? are the fans clogged by dust ?? try cleaning the GPU and CPU fans with an air can or blower.
Checking the BSOD dumps... i see this
Try resetting the bios setting to defaults..
Do these first... so we can move on the next stage of troubleshooting
