Thats 379K or 105.85 deg C.. thats way hot !!.

Are you overclocking ??? are the fans clogged by dust ?? try cleaning the GPU and CPU fans with an air can or blower.

Checking the BSOD dumps... i see this

Code:
2: kd> !sysinfo cpuspeed
CPUID: "Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz"
MaxSpeed: 3400
[COLOR="red"]CurrentSpeed: 3403[/COLOR]

Try resetting the bios setting to defaults..

Do these first... so we can move on the next stage of troubleshooting

I went into the bios and could only see the optimal bios setting I used it but nothing changed I don't think I hadn't messed with he bios before either as I wasn't really interested in over clocking

Are you willing to perform hardware tests?

In the mean time:

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

If memtest comes free from errors, enable Driver Verifier to monitor the drivers.
Driver Verifier - Enable and Disable
Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.

   Information
Why Driver Verifier:
It puts a stress on the drivers, ans so it makes the unstable drivers crash. Hopefully the driver that crashes is recorded in the memory dump.

How Can we know that DV is enabled:
It will make the system bit of slow, laggy.

   Warning
Before enabling DV, make it sure that you have earlier System restore points made in your computer. You can check it easily by using CCleaner looking at Tools > System Restore.

If there is no points, make a System Restore Point manually before enabling DV.

   Tip

Let us know the results, with the subsequent crash dumps, if any.

Thank for the update :) .

All of the new dumps are the same (0x7F, arg1=8 double fault), a mini dump in this case is little help.

Please uninstall intel rapid storage technology.
Get rid of intel rapid storage.

  1. Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
  2. It will open the "computer management" window.
  3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
  4. Expand "Disc Drives" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
  5. Select one item under it, right click, uninstall.
  6. Continue the process for all items under "Disc Drives"
  7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate system driver, msahci.sys.

Uninstalling IRST will be needed there. We need to see the situation at system native storage drivers.

And, Driver Verifier is no more needed, you may disable it now.

At the same time, make it sure that the OCZ-VERTEX PLUS R2 SSD is running with the up-to-date firmware. Check for it at OCZ Toolbox: Firmware & BIOS Updates
An update is there, Version 3.55.

Are you overclocking? As you are getting BSODs, you should stop overclocking and run all the hardware components like CPU, GPU and RAM to their default settings. Also set the BIOS to default, too.
How To Clear CMOS (Reset BIOS)

Update your BIOS to version F3d dated 2012/11/21 from GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket 1155 - GA-Z77N-WIFI (rev. 1.0) . You may try @BIOS (available under utilities) to update the BIOS easily.

Do one more thing. Make it sure that all the components of the computer is placed properly.

Yes, do it. Itis in AHCI mode, so the uninstallation will result into installation of the system native storage controller msahci.sys at the restart.

If you are sure that nothing is overclocked, dont change any machine settings.

Let us know how it is running, after all the suggestions are taken :)

Addanator and my friend YoYo155, the process of uninstalling IRST quoted from my post is not supposed to give the expected result. The actual way to do it is the following:
Get rid of intel rapid storage. First uninstall it from Control Panel > Programs and Features. Then Uninstall the driver from device manager.

  1. Right click on "my computer" icon and click "manage" on the context menu.
  2. It will open the "computer management" window.
  3. Select "Device Manager" in the left pane, It will list all the existing devices up.
  4. Expand "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" by clicking on the triangle in front of it.
  5. Select one Intel device item under it, right click, uninstall.
  6. Continue the process for all Intel items under "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers"
  7. Now restart the computer. At restart, windows will auto configure the appropriate native system driver.
I posted that earlier method in my early time of debugging, when I lacked knowledge and experience. Yoyo155, if you want to can it, can this one that I just posted.
