Hello,

I have been troubleshooting this for a while now and I'm not sure on the next step to take.

These are my system specs.

I have dual monitors: DELL U2414H (1920x1080@59Hz) x2
Since I built the machine, I have had it connected to a TV which was also acting as my speakers for playing Spotify. Because of this, I disabled the power saving 'turn off the display' feature.

I recently enabled this when setting up my two new monitors. The blue screen has happend four times. It only happens on return from the power saving mode (so when I touch my keyboard/mouse). It happens randomally too, doesn't matter how long or how little time you leave it for. There has been a total of four blue screens over the space of 6 days.

As requested, I have attached the dump logs and various other bits of information your wonderful tool collects. :)

I appreciate any help and offer my thanks in advance.

Troubleshooting I've tried so far:

1) Roll back the graphics driver. - BSOD persisted
2) Uninstalled the graphics driver completely and reinstalled from Intel's website. - still persisted
3) Flashed to the latest BIOS version - still persisting

Because of the installation, the best I can advise is to run a minimum of 8 consecutive passes, preferably overnight, or until errors occur using MemTest86+.

Counterfeit installations such as yours contains heavily modified code that causes the installation to behave it unexpected ways. Analysing BSOD's and determining their causes on these sorts of installations is very unreliable.

My recommendation is to start with a clean slate, and install a genuine version of Windows. This will minimise the problems you are experiencing, and make subsequent diagnosis of BSOD's far more reliable.

I'm waiting for Windows 10 to be released and then I'm going to make a purchase.

Thanks anyway. :)
