Well i've just reinstalled windows and everything seems to be totally fine. I've been using my pc a lot and haven't seen any crashes so far. I will mark this thread solved once i replace the current empty dimm slot with a new stick(in the beginning of next week) and if i won't experience any BSOD's/crashes in the oncoming several days.
Just for future reference: i think i should've tried swapping the memory earlier, since my machine became much more unstable after removing the current memstick i'm using. Next time i'll trust the hands on approach more, than the stresstests, it will save me more time.
I believe after removing the current stick, I started having this error with D3: Unable to validate core data files and the game itself crashed much faster than before. I found out that, that error means data corrution, and since reinstall didn't help, then it become appearant that the problems prolly laid within hardware(memory, hardisk or even the cables connecting the HDD).
A big thx to you Jaidy for taking this huge burden off my chest.
