My computer has been crashing lately, I know when it's about to crash because I can hear the hard drive (the main one with windows installed on) turn off and then turn back on (it sounds like it powers down and then powers back up) 2-3 times then it just crashes.

I've taken the hard drive out of the computer and put it back in and made sure the cables are in and not in the way of anything I.E the fan.

It doesn't just crash when I'm playing fallout 3 it happens randomly even when I'm not on the computer I.E I will go downstairs for a drink come back up and find out that the computer has crashed.

Other Information:
My computer was built in 2011 or 2012

Here is an image of my specs if this is any help
