As the title states, it happens when a game is running or I am using photoshop randomly. Sometimes I can play for a few hours before it happens, sometimes it happens within 5 minutes. I have attached the last two occurrences that happened. Also, I have already checked memory, and uninstalled and reinstalled new graphics card drivers.

Both of your dumps are blaming your ATI driver.

Download the 13.9 driver from here then use AMD Uninstall Utility to remove all traces of your current driver, CCC etc. Reboot and install the 13.9 driver.

   Note
When installing choose 'Advanced' or 'Custom' (whichever option is available, just not Express) and uncheck everything except the video driver.

I am curious as to why you chose the 13.9 drivers when newer drivers are available. Are the more current drivers messed up?

It's not so much that they're messed up, just that 13.9 is recommended as it's been the most stable recent release working back through the drivers. If all is well with 13.9 installed you can start to work forwards through the rest of the drivers if you like following the same procedure as you used when uninstalling your last driver and installing 13.9. As long as your system is stable you can run whichever driver you like, but as we know about the stability of 13.9 we suggest that for testing purposes, if it fails again with that driver installed it could point us towards other symptoms.

It's the .dmp file, but it will only open with WinDBG. I'll take a look at your new logs as soon as I can, I'm on my phone at the moment.

Right, your ATI drivers have been flagged again and I can see that you had the earlier drivers installed. I think it's time to run some tests on your GPU.

:ar: Run Furmark to stress test your GPU. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/100356-video-card-stress-test-furmark.html

   Note
Run Furmark for around 30 minutes.

   Warning
Your GPU temperatures will rise quickly while Furmark is running. Keep a keen eye on them, if the temperature continues to rise steadily once it has reached 80°C be prepared to stop the test so as to not damage your GPU.
