I just installed 8gb 4 X 2gb G Skill ddr3 1333 PC3 10666 quad channel.
System booted up straight away after installing new ram, recognizes the 8gb fine.
After running the program for roughly an hour, my system stuttered for a second, then locked up 3 min later with the sound stuttering, then I got that infamous BSOD. Rebooted, everything loaded fine, everything running cool. Under 40c
I have been having lock up issues prior to installing the new ram. I was running 2 x 1gb single channel ram prior. No BSOD before now though.

Both the .dmp file and the sysdata are in the attachment below

If somebody could help me that would be awesome.

Thanks

Crashes indicate your DirectX installation is corrupted, which would indicate Windows corruption, or you have graphics card drivers or the card itself causing problems. I do note that your nVidia chipset drivers are out of date (nForce).

If you need help finding the nVidia chipset drivers, please fill in your system specs in your profile and not in a post in this thread. http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/180324-system-info-see-your-system-specs.html will help with filling in your specs.
