BSOD While surfing on the net (playing POE,FB Minigames) Or multi-task

As for the BIOS , what "could" happen if i installed the newer version, could my Mobo flank out , (Since it isn't compatible with my Cpu) What are the possibilities ?
Worst case scenario is that the update fails and that it can render your mobo inaccessible. If that happens you might be able to reflash it back to the older version, but that doesn't always work. If you'd like I can ask one of our BIOS experts to give a more thorough explanation?

I would also like to know if , theres some other way to read the results of the test ?!
When you run Furmark without closing it, it will create a pop up with your "score" once it completes. To my knowledge there is no other way to see the results besides completing the test.

Let me know if i should do the Furmak , and leave it run until it bsod's or if i should do like i did earlier close it when reaching 100degree's
This is completely up to you. If you feel comfortable with running it with temperatures that high, then you can do it, but if you don't, then don't.

Again, a Windows driver is put to blame.

As per my knowledge this dump file doesn't show any finite cause.

----------

The third dump file is another 0x1E bug check, this time it points to the nvmf6264.sys, the nvstor.sys and the nvraid.sys driver.

----------

The fourth and fifth dump files are more 0x1A bug checks.

----------

I am suspecting that your GPU might be the problem, do you have a spare GPU to test this with?
If so, please install it and run Furmark as displayed in my previous post. If it doesn't crash then use it as you normally would for a day or two and report back anything.
If you don't, please install the 331.82 WHQL driver from here following the procedure from my last post and rerun Furmark to rule out a faulty driver.

Good luck and keep us posted,

Your temperatures are very high overall, and yes, your GPU temperature is absurdly high.

Have you ever reapplied the thermal paste on your GPU? Please do so by following this tutorial. Please also clean your desktop on the inside as displayed in this tutorial.
For more info, please watch this video:

:info: The video speaks of the CPU, but this also applies to the GPU.

If you'd like I can ask one of our specialized guru's to give some more advice?

Also, instead of editing your post, please post any edits that contain new information in a new reply, as I won't get any notifications when you edit your post.

Hey thanks!

I will clean the inside of my pc like mentioned, I will also go to a store later today buy some thermal paste since this hasn't been done in close to 3 years approx. (I happen to understand that it might be the cause of my high temps ?! )

And finally for the Bios , yes if you could check with someone specialized with installing Bios onto a mobo that is incompatible with a cpu , what are the steps suggested in doing so, (if suggested, changing it,lol)

As for my Gpu , my temps where hanging in the 108degrees while gaming for approx. 30mins , and no bsod's .. so i dunno if i should keep the driver i installed earlier or if i go for the other one you just mentioned?! I unfortunately do not have a spare gpu to play around with... :(
Let me know what should i do, keep or toss and reinstall the new one. ?! (btw , what are the differences of both drivers ?! )

Lets start with knowing your system. Saying I have this and that means nothing at this time. You must follow instruction and guidance or you will never get this computer fixed.
Use these and post as instructed so we can see what your system is.
As far as I'm concerned help is limited until we know what we are working with.

By Brink:

By Kari:

We need to know exactly what you system is.
Look at my specs in the lower left of this post (My System Specs) and it should give you a idea what information we need.

What CPU do you have, what do you want to install? I don't find a Phenom 9950 as listed in your specs.
What BIOS do you have, CPUz, Mainboard tab will show it.

I will clean the inside of my pc like mentioned, I will also go to a store later today buy some thermal paste since this hasn't been done in close to 3 years approx.
Thanks for posting back your results. After having done all of that, please upload new Speccy snapshots by following this;

  1. Open Speccy. Click on the Summary tab.
  2. Click on File and then on Save Snapshot.
  3. Set the save location as your desktop and upload the file by following this tutorial.
    :ar: Please upload a snapshot of your machine in the following situations;
    • Idle, after startup.
    • After being used for a few hours.
    • After straining the GPU by, for example, playing some High Res games.
----------

I happen to understand that it might be the cause of my high temps ?!
Exactly. The thermal paste is there to help the heat sink regulate the excess heat away and if there's much dust in your system it will obstruct the air flow from the fans making it very hard for them to properly cool your system.

----------

And finally for the Bios , yes if you could check with someone specialized with installing Bios onto a mobo that is incompatible with a cpu , what are the steps suggested in doing so, (if suggested, changing it,lol)
Done. Please be patient until they arrive.

----------

108 degrees is very high (assuming that it's Celsius, and not Fahrenheit), but after replacing the thermal paste and cleaning your system it's bound to reduce to a more acceptable temperature.

If you aren't encountering any BSoD's now, I'd suggest you not to change the driver. Keep it as-is and report back with a fresh scan of the SF Diagnostic Tool if you get a new BSoD.

Good luck and keep us posted,
Nommy

Yes I have read all your post.
We need your specs just where you just put them. So we can see them with your every post. Your specs will follow your every post. Most won't go through 25 plus post and pick out a piece of your specs here and there.
Thanks for filling out your specs correctly.
I will look and see if the hardware should work together.
I will probably be back with more question.

Please remember that the people trying to help you have already helped thousands of people fix their computers.
We can only do that for you if you help us help you.

Alright thanks Layback bear and Props to you Nommy the First !!
So far the temps are much much better , (Even realized i had a case fan that wasn't functioning)

Yes indeed the temps back then where in Celsius.

As for the temps, i've attached a screenie

Note these temps are recorded after my pc was in use "mainly web browsing" for couple of hours and some idle moments.

Once i have some time to play some high res game, ill post another ss.

Thanks again,
We may have found the problem *fingers crossed*

Voisard Than you for helping us with your specs.

I know your are getting a lot of request from a lot of members.
We really do want to help you.
Just take your time and read through them again and answer them the best you can.
It would be helpful to have more information on your ram.
The manufacture, speed, volts, ect.
If you could post a website showing your ram could be helpful.

Your small pictures makes it very hard for me and maybe others to read them.

No hurry now just take your time. This Forum is open 24/7 but you have members from all over the world helping so sometimes their is a time gap.

Thanks for giving my pc a second breathe, i played quite a bit of Path of Exile lat night , and the Temps for my GPU never went higher than 67 degree Celsius , which is way more reasonable than the previous recordings of 108degrees, lol.

As for the Bsod's , none occured yet !! Hopefully the drivers, the cleaning, and the thermal paste, it solved 1 of my problem !
Only need to figure out if im better off, leaving my current outdated bios , instead of installing the new version..

Thanks again for the help SevenForums !!

Thanks for the ram specs. Your 4 gigs of ram is the max. your motherboard will support.
I don't see any reason why your hardware shouldn't work together.
Your ram specs matches the specs of the cpu and motherboard.

**Do keep a close watch on the cooling fans and temps.

Thats why it's handy to have your case in your specs along with what cpu cooler you are using. Then we have some idea of what cooling your system has.
Because the roots of a computer is the power supply it is the reason it is nice to see in the specs. Some people add things to the computer without considering if they need a better power supply for the added components.

**If it was my computer I would leave the bios alone at this time. Use your computer and see if any more problems pop up.
I only update bios when I have a problem that nothing else will fix and their is a specific bios update that address that exact problem. That is my method. Some believe different.
You will notice reading any motherboard bios updates it will list the problems or improvement it is designed to repair. If I don't have those exact problems I don't mess with the bios.

You know your system is a little and not a top notch gamer.
You will find some games that your system will not play well or not a all. Thats to be expected.

Happy computing and hopefully no more BSOD.
