BSOD's, Freezes, NOBODY HAS HELPED ME YET

Ive checked the ram and did 2 passes with 0 errors. It affects me both in normal windows and in safe mode.

Ive been reading through posts for hours from various websites, im just so exhausted from this problem. Can you guys please help me? It also seems that many threads never get a solution, this is in general, havent seen to much on this site.

Can somebody analyze my bsod's?

Hi,

Start by installing updated nVidia display drivers from here: NVIDIA DRIVERS 266.58 WHQL

Also, run Prime95; all 3 tests would be a good idea (Small and Large FFTs, Blend).

I have already done the driver verifier, and here is everything I have gotten out of it:

Some additional info:
1. I installed windows xp 32 bit on my other hard drive and it works with no problem.
2. It freezes in safe mode also, and crashes at random times. Like, it didnt crash for the whole day, then it started crashing every single start up and hasn't let up yet this time.

Just got 2 complete freezes with that aweful screeching noise, I cant even play right now.

EDIT:

Looked at my speedfan tems, GPU is at 58C but read about the GTX480 and it said thats how it is when idle!

Memtest has already been ran with 0 problem (I ran it for 24 hours). And prime 95 showed no problems either.

Anybody wanna help me? this is literally ruining my life because I can't work without my PC.

could it be my bios settings? I just installed windows xp pro and it still gets blue screens?

Hardware is the most likely cause.

Did you run all 3 Prime95 tests? Be sure to run each of them for about 3 hours.

Also, do you have a different PSU you can test out? Could you move the PC to a different circuit in the house, to try to eliminate power issues?

It was a software issue the whole time, I switched to Windows XP Pro x64 and it works like a beauty now after I updated drivers. I wish I could use Windows 7 but something is not compatible. Even my VMware crashes with windows 7, which is quite odd.
