I have the problem whether I'm watching a movie on YouTube, Pluto, or Tubi.

Went to the site. It says my internet speed is 70.15. I looks like it's just about in the middle.

What browser? Have you tried another browser? Your browser may have a plugin, extension or pref that's doing it. Does this happen in portable Firefox? Mozilla Firefox, Portable (browser) | PortableApps.com

Once again the KISS principal prevailed. I tried Mozilla Firefox, per your suggestion, and the audio is in perfect sync with the picture !
