this was my budget build for light gaming, should def be able to run the games you mentioned on either high or med settings.

There's some problems with this build,
The CPU is an APU, why would you put an APU with another graphics card? You are just gonna use one of the graphics so why put two?

You don't have a cooler, the stock AMD and Intel coolers are complete garbage, you must always get an external cooler.

Why did you choose an NVidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti? There's the ASUS & MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti which are much cheaper.

This is just my opinion, anyone is free to criticize it.

actually, my cpu is AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor, (forgot to update my list on my pc) and i wasnt able to afford a cooler at the time on the budget i was one. i do plan on getting one. and i did go with the msi gpu ( MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB TWIN FROZR Video Card) forgot to update my list there.
